Dear 3009 !
This post is for those who are taking NYAA Silver/Gold.

1. On the 1st page of the NYAA diary and Record book , please indicate your serial number on the top right hand corner , and your name.
2. Look for Ms Siau if there are any problems
3. Recording of activities done can start 3 months before the application is send in . Since the application is send in March , activates done starting from Jan can be recorded.
4. Check the IVLE NYAA folders for samples , templates and updates
5. Do be consistent un your recording and endorsement
6. This achievement can be included in the SGC next year if it is complete before the end of term three 2010.

Do take note of the information on top ~! ^^

1. For morning paper, pls reach sch by 7.25am, go to room 334

2. For afternoon paper, pls reach sch by 12.30pm, go to room 334. Pls have ur lunch before u come to sch

3. If u have no paper, just stay at home, but u need to inform Mr Neo by sms

4. If u are not well having flu symptoms, pls avoid coming to sch and approach the clinic. Meanwhile, MC is required for ur absence of common tests

5. Pls remember to bring ur personal ODT everyday !!!!!

6. If u were absent for CT, pls sms Mr Neo (HP 98460879)
